Recently at the N.S.W.State Dressage Championships at Tamworth a little coloured Appaloosa gelding named Colonial Pure Majic and his rider (owner)Mrs Karen Lever proved dreams can come true Karen (a rider with disabilities)dream was to have the confidence and the horse to ride in the higher levels of dressage. Saturday Afternoon at the Championships saw Karen dressed in top hat and tails compete in the huge indoor arena her Advance Freestyle to music. They didn't win, but that didn't matter ,everybody that afternoon left feeling they had seen something very special.      Horse and rider left the packed arena with loud clapping and cheering ringing in their ears,and many people of the large crowd had tears in their eyes.This rarely happens at the sedate Dressage Comps. Karen's next main comp will be the Australian Para Equestrain Championships at S.I.E.C,from 23-26 September. See below.
